Job profile -
Working as a Production Engineer/New Mould trial under Production Dept.
Involve in validation of Mould & Processes by TRIALS, FAIR, IQ/DOE/OQ/PQ. Provide technical support on new mold development, mold repair and maintenance.
Participate in tool design reviews and recommend improvements to optimize molding setup and overall manufacturing.
Preparing ISO 13485 documents.
Involved in Internal Quality Audit of ISO13485.
Preparing production planning based on customer po.
Resource planning to fulfil customer requirements.
Share schedule with line leaders & ensure they follow schedule for production.
Deploy operator on every machine and production processing as per planning schedule. Verify Mould Setup, Processes Setting and Auxiliary Equipment Setup before machine start up.
Ensure raw materials addition as per batch requirements. Maintaining EHS & 6S of Clean Room.
Involved in Processing of commodity, engineering & super-engineering plastic and blends materials.
Ensure all process parameters with reference to process guideline (SPS/Control plan).
Ensure mould safety verification through PMS (Poka-yoke monitoring sheet).
Ensure the deployment of quality system in all processes.
Trouble Shoot Moulding Issues and drive Corrective Action.
Meeting Quality targets internal as well as external.
Maintaining Daily Production Planning and achieve production target. Making sure that products are produced and Coordinate with SCM for on time dispatch.
Monitoring & Analysis of DHR & Customer returns control.
Clearing all Rejection on daily basis with proper Root Cause Analysis and Countermeasures.
Monthly Inventory Control monitoring.
Involve in ISO:16949 audit.
Involve and Set Up Process for New Mould.
Ensure component Cycle Time and Operator Utilisation with costing department.
Cost saving project initiatives.
Monitoring SPC and Performing Process capabilities studies on shop floor.
Work with tooling person to ensure all tools are in good conditions.
Involved In moulding machine and accessories selection. Involved in machine Installation and Calibration.
Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdown / preventive maintenance. Preparing MRM Meeting PPT for Customer complaints status.
Documentation Work related to moulding, (S&OP, MRM, OEE, OOE, Materials consumption) reporting to head of Department.
Upgradation of operator Skill Matrix with Monitoring Evaluation.
Involved in Improvement activities, TPM activities & Kaizen.
Provide Continuous Improvement on cycle time reduction, mold setup time reduction, down time reductions, scrap percentage reduction and cost savings etc.
Providing Training to line leader/operators about Injection Moulding Process /Machine, Vacuum Forming, Process Problem solving techniques, Raw Materials
Handling, Mould Safety, Defects Identification, Mould Changeover & Troubleshooting Techniques, GDP, GMP, ISO13485.
Report to Operations Manager on production details and other issues within the section.
