Assembly Fixture Designing: Team size-3
Assembly fixture for paddy weeder machine.
It is used to hold the machine while assembling, so the worker can easy to
handle the machine during assembly, and my responsibilities are designing and assembling the fixture.
Assembly fixture for 10-14 hp tiller machine.
It is used to hold the machine while assembly, so the worker can easily assemble the machine. Since the weight of the tiller machine is more, so movable ramp is designed to lift down the machine from the fixture, and my responsibilities are designing and assembling the fixture.
Testing Fixture Designing: Team size-1
Seat belt buckle cover testing fixture.
The purpose of this fixture is to test the hardness of the buckle cover, since it has two plastic rivets which are going to break and seal the whole assembly.
This fixture will used to test whether the rivets are breaking at the correct pressure or not. The key components are Pneumatic cylinder, sleeves and punches. And my responsibilities are to design assembly and test the fixture.

Pendant Ring: Team size-1
Pendant Rings.
To design the clips which is used to hold the whole setup of hanging panel
box and control panel in ICU (Intensive Care Unit). So the Clips must have high strength and also cost effective, so we designed that ring in plastic material
(Poly propylene) which can with stand load and high resistant to fatigue. And my responsibility is to design the part model of the clip and also mold design for the
production purpose.

Lens Injector Conceptual Design: Team size-1
IOL (Intra Ocular Lens) Injector.
IOL injector is used to inject the lens in to the eye ball after cataract operation. To avoid the removal of lens from the cartridge, plunger locking concept is designed in the injector and approved by the customer. 

Portable X-ray Conceptual Design : Team size-2
Portable X-ray.
Portable x-rays machines are mostly used in military purpose and also for veterinary purpose. In this project we have to design an outer cover for the portable x-ray machine. Since the machine is portable so the weight should be minimum so that we can easily handle. In this case our concept is based on FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics) method which is economic and easy to produce
any shapes. My part in this project is produce the conceptual design based on FRP method.
