Responsible for all types of defect analysis using various tools.
Projecting the improvement chances/major defect/reason of scrap, and distribute the corrective and preventive actions.
Carrying out demonstration of problem solving methods/approach to the Customers.
Preparing the process sheets, SOP, Checklist to sustain on the improvement
Responsible for Approval & Rejection of New Raw Materials Qualification & Process Changeover taken.
Performing on the mega project like Dual Water Trough installation, SDD installation and calibration, trial and modification.
Analysis of failure of products & process with the help of Qc Tools with prompt feedback.
Timely feedback to the cross functional teams which helps in reducing wastage & increasing profits.
Responsible for communicating with purchasing Division and Exterior Vendors to source Apparatus & Assemblies.
Training of new instrument installed, Tool management, new Personnel on Safety at Work.
