Job Responsibilities
Feasibility study, Project cost and time estimation
Interaction with customer and understanding of scope of work
Coordination with management and workers and subordinates.
Quality checking and approval
Implementation of modification to existing work according to customer requirement
Guiding operator, Tool maker and machinist
Planning and work allotment
Documentation according to customer or internal standards.
Guiding tool maker during part assembling and trial
To analyze to reduce time and cost by corrective approach

Tool and injection moulded components manufacturer of Car Door Handle, Swift Maruti.
Mould and injection moulded component for DVD/CD cover, Pen drive Top, Bottom cover and cover clip for Moser Baer & Sony.
Tool and development for Electronic enclosures, Madhusudan.
