Its design center is having latest software like mould- flow, ideas and UG in its Design department and having modern CNC machines like machining center (Haas from U.S.A.) Wire cut and EDM (both from Joemars, Taiwan and conventional machines. The company is producing switch gears, mcb and other plastic components, Supplying energy meters to govt. board and producing mcb, switch gear commercially.
Job Responsibility
To collect the data from costumer & other resources and develop the product model of MCB & meters at the high end of UG Nx-4 in the mean dimension.
Complete the tool design by using the mold wizard at the UG Nx-4.
Create the 2D drawing by using the UG Nx-4 Drafting.
Achievements
Designed & developed the model of mcb’s & meters assembly’s for the different electricity boards. i.e H.P., J&K, Delhi, Haryana, West Bangal, Assam etc.
Develop the tool and handle the different projects.
Develop the prototype components as per requirements.
