Design and Development of Automotive Interior/Exterior products considering the aspects of Industrial and Client standards, and implementation of GD&T.

Project Responsibilities:
Detailed study of the concept design made as per the Client requirement (‘A’ Surface).
Verifying the given styling surface to clear the tooling direction with styling surface as an input.
‘B’ surface is made off-set from the given A-Surface.
The offset surface is scrutinised for Tangential errors, Discontinuity, Patches and Surface finish.
Resolving Tangency errors, Patches and Surface Warping is done for problem areas in B-Surface.
Carrying out Draft Analysis with given tooling direction and create a better tooling direction.
Create a close surface with ‘C’ Surface using certain operations and clearing Draft Analysis.
Generating Close Body from the Closed Surfaces and performing Draft Analysis on it to clear Tooling Direction and create a Parting Element.
Developing Engineering Features with respect to Environment Data given by the client.
These Engineering features are assembled with closed body using Boolean Operations. 
Proposing Sliding & Lifter Directions to the developed engineering features to clear Draft Analysis.
The body is examined in Draft Analysis for checking the Manufacture ability of the design part.
A final presentation on the complete project/product is presented to the client.
