Job Profile :
Using CAD tools for creating 3D Models, Assembly, 2D drawing and drafting of various aggregates in accordance with various technical standards and GD&T.
To release designs in PLM, Team Center along with export specifications and vehicle performance calculations.
Responsible for Main Assembly Interfacing and Vehicle Packaging.
Co-ordination with external agencies like DMU, Proto shops, vendors etc for releasing drawings and manufacturing of prototypes.
To check fitment and testing issues related to various aggregates in Protoshop, generate report and get them resolved.
To perform Engineering calculations for basic stress, geometrical and strength calculations for various components. 3D simulation of various mechanisms and Tolerance Stackup analysis.

Projects
3 Cyl Low-Weight Tractor- Worked on Designing of Front Axle Beam and setting layout of steering geometry with Steering arm, Drag link Assembly, Tie rod and Drop arm with Mechanical Steering and economical Power Steering with cylinder mounting bracket and to verify its dynamic mechanism using 3D simulation and effort calculations along with Routing of Hydraulic pipe work. Worked on Packaging of Radiator, Air Cleaner, Hoses and mounting for Air cleaner and Radiator assembly, under- hood Exhaust system along with Engine under bonnet. Responsible for Ergonomic Seating arrangement from SIP of vehicle.

3 Cyl Economical Cost Effective Tractor- Responsible for Designing of cost effective Front Axle Beam, front axle bracket, arrangement of steering geometry. Made changes in floor area, steering column area, Responsible for cost reduction measures for entire tractor.

A.C Cabin CRDI 90HP/110HP- Worked on Fuel system, Design of complete Fuel Tank and its front and rear mounting brackets and its safety plate. Routing of Low pressure circuit (LPC) of fuel tank pipes. Design of Foot step assembly on AC Cabin. New linkages for brake and clutch pedals and Calculating linkage ratio for required effort.

A.C Cabin 75HP/90HP- 3D modeling of Cabin BIW components of structure, Design of various Sheet metal components including Front and Rear Floor, mounting brackets for Dashboard. 3D modeling of complete Exhaust system.
