To Design Sheet Metal bracket for mounting component as per as input and as per customer requirement.
To Design Load Body & Cargo Body Components by using GSD
Design of components using Parametric Modeling.
To generate BOM by using CATIA V5.
To detailing 2D drawing with the implementation of GD &T symbols.

Completed Project:-
Presently working on Plastic Door lock assembly of vehicle.
Plastic components such as AC switch assembly, Door lock assembly, Front bumper, Rear bumper, Mirror casing, and washer tank etc.
Reverse Engineering of plastic components such as Oil Sump Assembly, Indicator lamp, Coolant Reservoir tank, Tail lamp cover.
Sheet Metal brackets such as Bumper support brackets, Door lock assembly mounting bracket, Battery bracket, Washer tank bracket, Coolant Reservoir tank bracket, Head lamp bracket, Bracket for cabin fuse box.
Worked on LCV 4*4  Vehicle detailing project.

The mixer fan oscillates Bi-Directionally as well as in the to and fro manner along vertical axis hence generate sufficient turbulence for throughout mixing and excellent quality of mixing
