Working as Technical Officer in New Product Industrialization & Process Engineer in Tire Building & Curing.
Handling of shifts and achieving the monthly targeted defect reduction and scrap reduction.
Continuous monitoring and identifying potential non-conformance's in Building & Curing processes and taking preventive and corrective actions to eliminate quality defects.
Fully responsible for Industrial Traction and OTR tires (Port, UGM, Forestry).
New product industrialization.
Scrap tire and Green tire classification and CFT member in carcass scrap & HR reduction.
Preparation of sample tires for customers.
