This work order was to simplify the product design to reduce tooling cost and locally manufacture the parts. 3D Modeling using A-surface & Strengthen the part by providing ribs & adopting inbuilt mounting features to avoid cost for BOP parts (clips). Parts were checked for quality like surface quality, interference in assembly by maintaining a required gap & flush. Generate a 2d Detailing for the same was done 
Toyota Kirloskar Motor Limited: Liner FR Fender Part:
Part development with A-Surface as per tooling requirement & perform the mold flow Analysis to freeze the gate points & adopt flow leads to improve flow-ability, & designed an injection molding tool.
SUBROS: Case Heater door side of HVAC:
Component study along with the assembly & draft check, feasibility of part, perform mold flow analysis for a part to freeze gate location, designing an injection molding tool, TS document, & Trouble shooting. 
TBI: Engine under cover & RR Door Sub Assembly LH/RH parts
