Parts were checked for quality like surface quality, interference in assembly by maintaining a required gap & flush. Generate a 2d Detailing for the same was done 
Toyota Kirloskar Motor Limited: Liner FR Fender Part:
Part development with A-Surface as per tooling requirement & perform the mold flow Analysis to freeze the gate points & adopt flow leads to improve flow-ability, & designed an injection molding tool.
