Job Profile:
Feasibility study for the development of moulds and discussions regarding the same with the customers.
Understanding the project requirements and arrange for the required inputs through discussions with the Customer.
Product design of parts if required by the customer as per his requirement.
Modification in the Product design as per the requirement of the customer and the manufacturing feasibility.
Vendor development depending on the work requisites and work allotment.
Preparation of detail time plan and regular follow up with the suppliers and communication with the Customer.
Inputs regarding the Mould design, manufacturing to the Mould Maker.
Conceptualization of Inspection fixtures as per the discussion with customer and get them developed.
Follow up regarding the status of the moulds, checking fixtures as well the cooling fixtures if required.
Attending the mould trials and proving of the components along with the inspection.
Preparation of the Plan and execution and setup of the complete assembly line for the assemblies of the plastic parts.
Preparation and setup of the Inspection plan and procedure for the inspection of the parts in various stages of production and assembly.

Projects:
Handled the mould development, tryouts, corrections and proving of the Vehicle trims for an SUV. This included assembly line setup, Trims study, problem solving, customer interaction, AAR.
Handled the development and proving of the Front Bumper for one of the 4 to 7 tonner conversion from Metal to plastic.
Currently handling the project involving the supply of complete cockpit assembly including IP, Head box, Door Trims as well as the Pillar Trims for a 3.5 to 11 tonner Commercial Vehicle.
Also handling project for development of Air vents for a commercial Vehicle.
