Job Profile:
Design of plastic components of instrument panel and glove box as per customer requirements.
Continuous interaction with customer via email, telephone & AT&T meetings.
Identifying potential problems and design issues and proposing technical solutions for the parts.
Analyzing input data and to construct the parts considering the methodology, guidelines, standards
as per OEM requirements.
Design optimization with respect to design parameters, BOM, material, mold ability, packaging, gap
flush documents, ergonomic or aesthetic requirements, and safety norms.
Generation of Modeling, Assembly and Drafting as per OEM requirement.
Understanding the complete product, assembly requirements, fastening and locating principle

1 Project - PORSCHE INSTRUMENT PANEL: (Cayenne)
Worked on concept sections in this project.
Is responsible for leather variant top carrier zone parts.
Also, worked on slush variant during initial phase for airbag tests.
Worked in hybrid design environment of Catia (Porsche methodology).
Performed assembly feasibility studies.
2 Project - ALFA ROMEO GLOVE BOX: ( Giulia )
Referred various benchmark available for potential issues, standard parts.
Interacted with counterparts in case of any proposal, doubt, and solutions to issues through
AT& T.
Executed slush and foaming feasibility study as per guidelines.
Validated the parts with pole of competence for slush, foaming, welding and feasibility of
glove box parts.
Used UG NX 9.0 software for this project.
3 Project - VOLKSWAGEN INSTRUMENT PANEL: ( Gol )
Was responsible for IP carrier and defrost kanal parts.

5 Project - DAIMLER INSTRUMENT PANEL: ( Mercedes S Class Coupe )
