New Product Design
Product design and development of complex automotive Assemblies using CATIA V5 packages. Sketch, Solid & surface modeling, Assembly and drafting.
Assist for the creation of prototypes using tooling techniques and testing, research and development.
Evaluate proto design & make good Technical decisions.
Work to improve new and existing product and processes to improve overall capabilities and reduce cost.
Product Development (CAD) & Tooling
Ascertaining requirements of material for development activities in the Tool Room & interfacing with vendors for cost effective, timely sourcing of quality material for CNC Machines.
Modeling, Drawing, Drafting & handling Concept Modeling and Detailed Engineering.
