Bottom Freezer Program in Refrigeration is a NPI program that aims to introduce new Refrigerator into the US market.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Concept Design/Development, Modeling and Detailing of Home Refrigerator components using Pro/E,
GD&T, Tolerance Loop Analysis, FMEA, QFD, DMAIC(six sigma).
Worked on concepts like Freezer Evaporator Cover, Condenser Tubes, suction tubes, discharge tubes.
Quality checking of the completed models and drawings as per the GE standards and making modifications.
Have knowledge of NPI phases, EMIS, EMPIS, BCN, Production Part Approval Process, Standard Operating Procedures, Product Definition Instructions, Engineering Test Procedures.
Creation and updating of BOM.
Continuous Interfacing with US engineer to gather input for design and development of new product.
