Project Summary
Renault K9K ICAC:
The whole package data of the vehicle is given by the customer. In that they have their fixed Engine position. Big challenge is that to design the ICAC without changing the customer interfacings. Both the Plastic tanks & Core designing in Sheet metal is the most important & interesting part.
Organization: RENAULT.
This is the project in Engine cooling department which has been ordered for the Series production for the year 2015. This is one of the biggest achievement for the Mahle Behr this year.
For this I got Team Of The Quarter Award for the last quarter of the year 2015.

AUDI B9 RS4 ICAC
The package of the vehicle is given by the customer. In that they have their fixed Engine position. Big challenge in this cooler assembly is the Plastic Housing which is made like inbuilt both inlet & outlet tanks. Sheet metal CORE is also a interesting part.
This project is also ordered for the Series production for the year 2016. I have got the successive award for EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER for the first quarter of the year 2016.

VW EGR Cooler:
The whole package data of the vehicle is given by the customer. In that they have their fixed Engine position, Valve position & inlet gas position. To design the PLATE FIN EGR COOLER without changing the customer interfacings was the task. Challenging part is to maintain the Mild Steel Diffuser position as per the customer interface. Also the compact design of the PLATE FINS was interesting.

The customer model is with the problems of shrinkage & critical parting. I changed the design as per easy tooling thereby reducing the rejection.
