Responsible new product development trials / new moulds trial and validation of product. Responsible for New mould trial and Solving the process related problems during production.
Knowledge of Polymers like PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PET, HIPS, PC, ABS, GPPS, PBT and PMMA etc and its application in industry.
Job Profile:
Mould and process setup for quality products, Mould monitoring sheet check and sign. Reporting to mould problem to respective department. Data collection & record maintain of Moulds History
Provide responsible support to the production department Moulding and assembly line to ensure quality product manufacturing time, Responsible for any kind of deviation in the product observed.
Provide responsible support for directional production of line stop situations by reducing the risk of failure of product, Co-ordination with vendors regarding Quality problems & improvement Quality of components.
