Job Profile:
Online supervision of process activity through DCS and troubleshooting through regular analysis and investigation.
To check results of product quality and property from lab and maintaining DCS parameters as per SOP and making changes for maintaining product quality and property.
To change process parameters as per throughput and manage availability of raw material.
To supervise field jobs like pumps, filters and plate coolers change over.
Check additives batch concentration as per norms before adding to process reaction.
To take plant round and rectify field problems and alsoto check properties of raw materials.
Shift and manpower handling, plant operation, SAP production planning update.
loading unloading of tanker/containers, Tank Farm Operations, control room operations, SAP, day end reconciliations, stock accounting daily basis.
PTA conveying supervise and problem solving.
ISO documents to be make ready for audits, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 exposure.
Plant start-up, shut down, break down maintenance.
Also having experienced hands on Tank farm, HTM and PTA conveying systems.
Industrial Exposure:
Responsible for efficient handling of operations of
Automated DCS operated plant which includes Distillation columns; Multistage Steam jet ejector
Ethylene glycol Recovery unit , Condensers , Conveying systems, Various type of Pumps; Heat Exchangers ( Plate, Shell & Tube ).
Experience of handling 200 and 300 TPD plant producing PET by Continuous Esterification and Poly Condensation process based on the technology by DuPont America from PTA and MEG as the raw material.
Exposure to Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) and Plug Flow Reactor (PFR) supplied by jacketed heating by Dowtherm vapors.
Exposure of handling Preparation of Catalyst – Antimony Trioxide Batch. Additives such as TiO2 (Titanium Dioxide) Batch, with milling operation.
Worked in Commissioning of Coal fire HTM.
