B. Tech- Plastic Multilayer film recycle. Completed this project with a help of Hindustan Unilever & CIPET Plastic Test in Center.
At first, we cleaned the required specimen & separation of layers to separate film & paper from the multi-layered specimen after that we have done paper recycling, then the recycling of film takes place by identifying the material by FTIR & DSC after the Tensile & MFI test taken to find the tensile strength & flow of the material. The film is shredded & mixed with virgin PP with right proportion to make recycled film PP
