Essential Duties & Responsibilities:-
Assess and monitors production process, materials and schedules in the production floor.
Hires and trains factory workers for the production line.
Organized warehouse inventories and purchase of things needed for production and ensures that supplies are sufficient for daily production.
Ability to make reports and studies for maximum productivity with minimal waste for the bi- products from raw materials.
Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
The Process Engineer is responsible for establishing and Maintaining Production Process condition at defined standards.
The Process Engineer has primary responsibility for ensuring that all Products have proper defined process parameter as per defined standard and tolerance.
The Process Engineer is also responsible for shift activity in case of Production Supervisor on leave.
Supervision of all raw materials such as a Resin, plasticizer, Additives, Lubricants, stabilizers, flame retardent & fillers,etc.
Physical inspections of granules during production- porous, Colour, size, roughness.
Updating Daily works progress reports & discuss with Machine operators & workers.
Electrical and mechanical minor maintenance done by himself if possible.
Daily maintaining machine maintenance report.
Avoid wastage of raw material and scrap deductions.
The company follows the rules of 5S, 3R, visual control, quick change over, precaution (mistake proofing) rules regulation.

Daily Utility:-
Handling 4 extruder machine (single/two stage & single/twin screw) and mixer for feeding dryblends for the same for manufacturing of different grades of pvc compounds.
Placing the formulation on atomization according to batch size and also setting of temp on mixer & extruder m/c as per standard pocess parameter for different grades.
Checking temp of each zone of barrel as well as oil level in heat exchanger & gear box.
Arranging raw material as per requirement for the grades.
Man power arrangements as per requirement.
Solving technical problems occurs during the time of production.
Attention towards health and safety programs.
Attention towards the pollution free environment.
Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly reports and presenting the same collecting information on the process sheet of production and testing and submitting to head of the department.
To Increase Yield of Machine & manpower by setting optimum cycle time.
Timely reporting to senior production manager about execution of plans and records maintained for effective production.
Parameter setting for new product as well as planning of new grades setting on m/c .
To solve & analysis customer complaint by evaluating man, machine, material, tool & process.
Provides schedules and shifts for factory workers depending on need and production quota.
