Job Profile :
Operation of all the equipments (i.e.) scrubber, ball mills (McNally), classifier, hydro cyclones, wet magnetic separator (HGMS), high rate thickeners (Delkor), pressure filter ZONDABRIGHT, DELKOR), ceramic vacuum disc filters, wet screens, linear screens, conveyors, pumps.
Optimizing the process parameters and achieving the grinding and grade and recovery.
Plant operation and process shift responsibilities.
Safety lines, work & manpower distributing.
Participation in pellet plant test works.
Water sources and resources handling
Both preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance and periodic maintenance such as lubrication.
Handling mechanical activities in running maintenance, shutdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
Monitoring the root cause of problems arising during routine maintenance work and implementing systematic solution.
Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule & checklist.
Planning & controlling of spare part planning for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Mechanical/Maintenance activities of, Vibrating Screens, Ball mill, Hydro cyclone, slurry pumps, ceramic filter, press filter etc.
Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

Production Improvement Implementation
Monitoring the root cause problem regarding the production hamper and spillways the material handling rectify it and economical solution to be done.
According to TPM, TQM & 5S reduce the downtime of production loss.
Belt Conveyor,dd Screen, hydrocyclone, cenrtifugal Pump,high Rated Thickner, agitator, flucculant Dozing System, compressor And Pnumatic Line,press Filter(zhongda Bright And Delcore), ceramic Filter, hgms Etc. Of Smooth Operation And Unwanted Power Consuption.
Achieve set of production volume with desire quality.
Observation of all unit equipments right from raw material charging to filter cake discharge
Marking and solving of ongoing malfunctions at each stage of the plant circuit.
Drawing the safe line operation and maintenance.
Regularly follow up the lab reports and cross checking with field reports and process parameters and equipment condition.
Find out the causes by taking regular trails on beneficiation circuit, and implementing modifications against to those.
Utilization of plant standby time for attaining the production hampering problems.
Leading the pipeline team for New layouts and to maintain spares.
Modifications and new pipeline roots for fusibility in operations and to reduce the downtimes and to maintain the house is clean.
Looking after frontline action against the every breakdown.
Study of GA drawings and OEM Manuals of equipments.
Maintaining the process and mechanical breakdown records.
Good coordination's with my colleagues and HOD and other dept.like Civil, Electrical, Rmhs, Personal.
Regularly discussions with HOD, regarding the plant and shootout the problems.
