Assumed full responsibility for supervision all plant operations, including production, maintenance & sanitation with extra office responsibilities.
Generation of maximum profitability & ensured full production levels were met while simultaneously performing safety, quality, cost & inventory management within operating budget constraints.
Supervised and directed all employee disciplinary & training programmes, safety programmes & plant improvement including atomization projects.
