As a Production engineer planning for daily manpower requirements as per work schedule as well coordinating for smooth production. Also making reports of Time Study, Kaizen.
Supervision of day-to-day activities & performance of assigned personnel (staff and labors) to maintain appropriate tasks, assignments of workloads. Meeting production goals and safety requirement.
Technically responsible for packaged drinking water bottling plant maintenance, modifications, installations, comprising of various equipment’s.

Job Profile:
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting & setting of stretch blow molding machine
Worked with machine assembling department, so knowledge about mechanical and electrical part assembled on machine.
Done electrical switchgears mounting, and its wiring in machine panel as per drawing.
Assembled all electrical equipment’s and make its wiring over machine i.e. motors, sensors, IR cameras, photo sensors, solenoid coils, IR lamps, fans, blowers, PLC cards, Servo drives.

Developed and demonstrate practical on ladder logic to perform for sequencing motor, tank level control, temperature control, elevator, car parking and speed control of motors.
All ladder logic programming done on RS Logix 5000.
Knowledge of ladder programming of allen bradly plc and done 12 different process practicles.
