To freeze the process parameter according to the component and the customer requirement.
Fully responsible for inspection of Tool file & Component file before starting Manufacturing.
Also responsible for the procurement of raw material and follow ups of jobs being done.
Fully Co-ordinate with Tool room people in trouble shooting and the work done for rectification.
Have a thorough knowledge of molding so also involved in the trials of the new Tools and getting a defect less piece in minimum time keeping in mind the safety of Tool as well as Machine.
To do work in documentation of ISO 9001-2008 & PPAP .

Major Achievements:-
Conversion of Thermoplastics Molding Machine from Old version Thermoplastic injection Molding Machine & getting 90% efficiency.
Increase Efficiency from 70% to 85% by using Different Problem Solving Approaches.
Lower down the in-house rejection & Increase Productivity by using Control Plan & Defect Illumination techniques etc.
Cost saving up to 1.5lakh/annum through cycle time reduction.
