Responsible for all Development Related Operations.
Maintain & improve the quality through quality tools for problem solving, thus providing better services & total customer satisfaction.
Validation & Verification of the process in-house & at the vendor end.
Making Co-ordination with different departments & Solve there Problem.
Layout Insp.report with sample submission to customer.(If req.joint inspection.)
HAAS Controller, HURCO controller, Fanuc controller handling.
Conducting FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Control Plan for new/modified product.
Approval of PPAP documents of suppliers.
Improvement of Quality through kaizen, Poka-Yoke, etc.
Handling & analysis of customer complaints and ensuring effective implementation of countermeasures.
Prepare the program of measuring Instruments maintenance and control, which assures that Inspection & Test equipment, are adequately calibrated.

Review all Tool orders / enquiries with Sales & Design & Development and Tool Design on feasibility for manufacturing and delivery
Receive Internal Tool order from Sales & Design & Development and draw up completion calendar from Tool Design to Tool Assembly keeping the committed FOT dates.
Review Tool progress as per the calendar on a daily basis with the Tool Design, Program Management and QA to alert Sales & Business
Development in case of delays ahead of committed dates either for FOT or for Tool corrections.
Identify, assess and approve sources for Mould bases / Tool Steel / Mould Accessories / Hot Runner Systems / Standard Parts like screws / springs / ejector pins / sleeves for mould build.
Identify, assess and establish sources for special steel treatment process like Vacuum hardening, texturing and hard chrome plating etc., special machining like profile grinding, jig grinding, laser engraving, micro / laser welding etc., required for mould sources tool cutters / tool holders, electrode holders, machine accessories and electrode material like copper and graphite to ensure quality and cost effective machining solutions.
Negotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers and organize procuring them as required on or before planned dates.
Identify and maintain inventory of machine spares and consumables, plan and implement preventive / breakdown maintenance of all machines to keep the machine down time at minimum per agreed key result measures.
Set performance goals to Tool Maker / Machinists aligned to company goals and objectives and appraise them periodically. Document and provide feedback of the appraisals to respective employees
