Responsibility Of Maintaining And Improving Injection Moulding and secondary processes that allows us to meet or exceed production efficiencies while providing our customer base with quality parts.
Responsible for timely changeover, set up injection moulds and work stations that meet the needs of our employees as well as our production goals.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding company standards for efficiency and utilization.
Work with Shift Supervisor and Quality Department on approval of start-up parts.
Responsible for accurate maintenance of standard approved process sheets for each part and press.
Aid in Design jigs, fixtures, conveyer systems, robotics as necessary to meet or improve standards.
Responsible to handle complete in terms of Productivity, Quality, Cost delivery and OEE of shift, also production as per production plan
To execute the mould changeover on the machines without line stoppage in defined target.
Good control on Quality Rate, Efficiency, OEE, control on NC Parts, manpower handling. Responsible for shop 5S, and machine/Mould cleaning.
Responsible for safety of Operator, machine, mould and Environment in his shift.
Responsible to dispatch the good and accepted parts to stores with proper documentation.
Effective communication to colleague and production in charge about shift activities.
Improvement in the existing system and cycle time improvement.
Adherence towards system, training to operator in his shift.
Disposal of waste like rejection and lumps in his shift with proper documentation.
To make action plan for further improvement.
To make proper document e.g. FGTN and shift all the OK material to FGTN area. All the entry in system like SAP.
