Job Profile:
Prepare and review daily production plan for Injection molding shop, Welding shop, Printing shop, Assembly line for giving the priority loading plan to Production.
Monitoring production cycle and the lead time to ensure goods complete based on the agreed date.
?Daily analyzing target Vs actual production with production department.
Responsible for work scheduling & smooth material flow within department, excess production control and zero line stoppage due to material shortages.

Supplier Production planning

Follow up with the supplier for the proper order quantity and back order Quantities.
Follow up for the urgent orders and execution of alternate plan such as Measurement of Vendor Performance.

Material planning
Material requirement planning (N,N+1,N+2 Months) for raw material and BOP.
