Reducing Moulding production cycle time through standardized work .

Making a pattern for small lot size production to reduce the inventory.
Giving training to the team members of 5S, FIFO& basics of TPM.
Establishing Heijunka production in Assy line.
Presenting Kaizen activities to eliminate 3M in working environment to increase the Productivity.
Dandori (Mould change over) time reduction by some kaizen activities.

Responsible for taking trials of new molds and preparing initial condition sheet.
Introduced Reprocessed and crushed material for reduction of cost.

Monthly Report Preparation of Production Dept and Raw material reconciliation.
