Responsible for Process quality of Paint shop, Injection moulding shop & Assembly.
Responsible for Process parameter, POKA YOKE, torque verification, in the process at shop floor.
Process MIS Plant level & Dept. wise individually & Presentation in front of Top Mgmt.
Responsible for process & product audit as per plan.
Layout inspection of Injection moulding parts, sheet metal, rubber components & complete
product.
Directing & mentoring the team members to ensure efficiency in their activities with respect to quality
Material handling audit.
Responsible for Plant’s instruments & gauges Calibration.
Daily outflow analysis.
Ensure product are consistently inspected & controlled in alignment with quality benchmarks through
effective implementation of tools like SPC, MSA & Poison test.
Auditee for customer audits of P.Shop Process, Mold Shop process & Quality LAB.

QUALITY LAB Scope: -
1. Paint Shop:-Testing of ABS painted part As per STD., Oven TTR, PT-Line chemical testing, and Paint &
chemical test.
2. Mold Shop:- RM testing (ASH content, MFI, Specific gravity, Mechanical test(Tensile, Flexural, Izod)),
Stress test (chemical) for Plastic part, LAYOUT Inspection, Polymer part tests per Skin checker
(relation gauge).
3. Chemical test (NaCl, H2SO4, KOH) for Surface treatment (aluminium metalizing, HMDSO coat part e.greflector),
4. Lighting FG part test:- Performance test (Fitment check, Joint strength test, Pull out force CONT.ON
test etc.), Environmental test (Water spray test, Res. to chemical, sealing test, leak test fog test etc.)
& Endurance test (cont. ON for 1000 hours test, etc.)
5. Corrosion test of plated part & SST machine Calibration, Chrome plating thickness etc.
6. ETP & STP water test (COD, BOD, TDS, pH, Turbidity)
Co-ordinate in the new product development from initial phase to product launch through process
validation.
Work with Cross-functional teams to determine root cause & implement appropriate corrective actions
with the define timelines for any quality issue at shop floor.
