ISO Certification.
To set quality parameters for new products (Inward, In process & Final inspection)
To monitor improvement activities.
To follow up and ensure immediate closure of NC.
To ensure preparation of Process flow charts, Process sheets, Quality plans, FMEA where applicable.
To ensure preparation of all documents such as forms, check sheet, master lists etc. where applicable

To prepared control plan for new products.
To ensure first piece inspection and hourly inspection.
To minimize and analysis of defects on each production line during the assembly process.
To ensure that production methods meet the standards and work instructions deployed.
To maintain all inspection records.
To ensure the calibration of instruments.
Handling E-connect system for inspection booking, inspection reports etc.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
