Develop and manage Quality assurance metrics for performance improvements.
Set QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
Work with Procurement department and R&D to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
Get involved with the concerned to observe the process and operations, identify deviations if any, and work closely with production team to ensure processes are implemented as per the SOP.
Ensure that the Testing of Raw Material, In process Inspection & Finished Goods is carried as per the SOP.
Ensure First shot approval in accordance with quality requirements &standards.
Monitors production conformance with QA standards and procedures by monitoring frequent in process inspection & ensure zero defect products during final inspection with stringent inspection criteria.
Execute process audit daily basis to ensure better product quality.
