Incoming material QA and Alternative material Source development for Wind mill Rotor Blade, Testing of Different Attributes of Wind Mill Rotor Blade Material as per Specification & Working on new Material or Vendor Development
Supplier quality assurance.
Good knowledge of Vacuum Assisted infusion Resin transfer molding process, handling Instron UTM 100KN and DSC Machine
Brief Responsibilities:
SQA & Vendor/ Material Development Activities for critical blade raw materials.
Material Qualification and In Process Validation.
Developing, executing and maintaining Specifications, Protocols and test procedures for Raw materials.
Conducting Mechanical and Type tests (Static and Dynamic) for raw materials as per International Standards (DIN, ASTM, and ISO) and Guidelines of certification agencies such as G.L / DNV.
