Defining and implementing the Quality standards, Structured processes and Quality plans for various production operations at both Inhouse and Supplier end
Planning and implementation of product audits as per customer agreements 
Monitoring and optimizing the manufacturing processes and troubleshooting problems in coordination with other departments to meet customer requirement and improving process efficiency
Managing process developments, handling customers complaints

Monitoring and having control over various Quality process as per the Control Plan Control of Non Conformity, Problem analysis and Corrective action implementation Improving critical process through SPC study

Submission of PPAP for new projects and getting approval from customers Assisting in Engineering sample release
Monthly updating the Quality improvement status and working towards continuous improvement Conducting product audits as per plan Solving customer end issues

Promote the use of SPC and Continous improvement techniques at Supplier base to achieve process control
Standardizing the inspection layout for new product and drawing revisions after agreement with vendor Judging the conformity of components to the established standard and taking necessary action when deviations found Closure of NCR`s by supporting them for improving process Train suppliers in executing Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) for every non-conformance and validating the counter measure for acceptance
