Company Profile: Manufacturer of Polypropylene Pipes And Fittings, (PPRC) andb Polyethyline Crossed Linked Pipes (PEX) in the Middle East
Responsibilities include:
Metering PPR Techno Pipe sizes (OD) and wall thickness, PPR type 3, RA130 E-6015 (Random copolymers polypropylene).
Pressure hydrostatic test for PEX, PIPE NEW 16 0804151522 2ini (P20), ISO 9080.
Working on Melt Flow Index (MFI/MFR) tests for PPR & PEX, ISO 1133.
Providing the complete sets of MFR and Hydrostatic pressure testing data that can be compared directly with the specification requirements (DIN & ISO).
Recording the above items, and insure traceability of the manufactured pipe, quality control reporting, date and shift of manufacture, production line, calibration of QC testing equipment.
Pipeline Engineer
Responsibilities include:
Calculation of electricity & quantity of raw materials (PPR-PE).
Incoming raw material evaluations performed on all polyethylene and polypropylene used for the production of pipes & evaluations consist density and melt index.
Fittings of pipes producing utilize injection molding process, the principles and some important details of each of these processes.
Making display samples of PPR pipes including valves elbow and tee. etc.

Continuous visual inspections on the producer on exterior and interior wall of PVC pipes for uniform production quality and workmanship.

Delivering materials reports for testing of flexural strength and modulus density, and percent carbon black.
Measuring of wall thickness & outside diameter for PVC pipes.
Confirmation for Material Standards and Customer special requirements.
