Job Profile:
Production
Assessment of overall projects and evaluate total work load for production at shop floor.
Conduct review meetings for each project to get consensus on the process plan.
Production planning:
Monthly production plan: A macro level planning to have bird’s eye view on the total work load available for shop floor, evaluate machining hours at each shop floor department and finally estimate the lead time for each project and report to the production manager.
Weekly plan: A micro level planning with detailed explanation of critical route map and schedule to be followed by the shop floor, to meet the deadline of the projects.
Co-ordinate with quality team to ensure the right quality achievement.
Maintain all the production activities and track the record as per ISO standards.
Identification, training and development of potential employees.
Study the manufacturing process and improve the processing techniques.
Quality Control.
Receiving the customer complaints and analysis carried out by using QC 7 Tools etc.
Carry out testing of injection molds.
Do the first article inspection of the tested samples.
Check and Assemble the plastic injection molds after machining.
Train the tool and die apprenticeship trainees for the assembly of the tools.
Support the molding department to do the testing of molds
Communication with Customers.
Analyzing products and support for Tool proving.
