To handle over all process of plant (PLC) as production Shift Engineer.
Bruckner 8.2 MTS line handling independently.
Checking & issuing consumables and other required items for production requirements from store.
Trouble shooting for various problems & maintain quality of film
Organizing manpower, raw material & other resources efficiently to meet the day production target.
Ensuring proper polymer filtrating through continuous monitoring of filter cleaning of LLF, NSF filter by HYROX, vacuum paralysis.
Preparation of daily reports
Monitoring the process of line width 8.2m,with line speed 480 m/min
Conduct in house training for operators as needed
Co ordinate for new product development.
To plan and execute preventive maintenance activity/pending jobs
