Job Profile:
The Process Engineer is responsible for establishing and maintaining production process condition at defined standard.
The Process Engineer has primary responsibility for ensuring that all Products have proper defined process parameter as per defined standard and tolerance.
The Process Engineer is also responsible for shift activity in case of Production Supervisor on leave.
Process Engineer is the member of the Production Management team and together accountable for meeting the monthly, quarterly and annual Production target (Defined under KPI) of the company.

Design as well as review Twin Screw Extruder Screw Profile to optimize process parameter / condition.
Work as Production planner as and when needed.
Resolves in process quality issues and guide the shift supervisors develops accordingly.
Initiates preventive actions to avoid non-conformities, if any.
Develops appropriate reporting and recording system of the production process to eliminate any chance factors for deviation.
Ensures setting and monitoring of prescribed process parameters for required product specifications.
Maintains discipline as per the laid down policies and reports /recommends disciplinary action if necessary and Follow Corporate Safety guidelines as defined
Ensures on the and off-the job training to all the associates in their related area of operations.
