Academic Project
Title: Synthesis and Characterization of ZnODispersed in PANI/PVA Composite for Photo Voltaic Applications.
Work: 2% of aniline was polymerized in a 12% solution of PVA in 0.1N HCl by using aqueous acidic solution of ammonium per sulphate (APS) as an oxidizing agent at 5°C. Different weights of ZnO (0-8%) was dispersed in the composit and electrical conductivity studied at each level.
Result: Pure PANI/PVA composite showed high electrical conductivity than ZnO dispersed Composit. This is because of formation of zinc hydroxide Zn(OH)2 from ZnO which has poor electrical property.
