Company Profile: Offers Wide range of plastic products like Moulded furniture, PVC & CPVC Pipes & Fittings, storage & material handling products, protective packaging products.
Job Profile:
Run seven mixture of 200 kg, 300 kg, 400 kg Capacity per batch Handles all material conveying from single control panel of PRASAD in association with Ariostea.
Prepare recipes as per required of product to be Manufacture to take Trail of new recipes prepared and testing of product.
Handle the production capacity of 50 MTD per shift.
Solve the all trouble during produce compound.
Prepare the all production related document such as daily production report breakdowns lip, material reservation etc. in SAP.
Maintain all documents according to IMS.(ISO:9001,14001)and BS Ohsas 18001.
Prepare the list of spare parts requirements and follow - up for the procurement.
Implementation of 5S, TPM in structured manner and track effectiveness in Maintenance of machine.
Manpower handling during shift activity.
