Responsible for Statutory compliance's and accounting of PF, WC, Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc. and ensure the returns as per before due date.
Contract Labour Management: Handled labour contractors & contractual work force /check regularly all relevant statutory records e.g.: Labour License Accidental claims under W.C Policy, scheme linked with attendance & discipline
Statutory Assignment: We have made monthly check list under the applicable Varies Acts and submit the statutory Forms / Returns / Chelan in time..
