Organise and maintain personnel records.(HRIS in People strong)

To coordinate payroll data , F&F data & transmission of files with HO in time for salary run.
Maintaining records of time keeping for factory staff & workers.

Preparing Offer letter,Employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation.
Time Office Management:- Maintaining Joining and separation activity.Maintaining employees personal les and records, Ensure to implement of HR policy. Tracking attendance , maintaining leave records,PF records,etc. Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, conformation letter,increment letter, transfer letter, absenteeism notice,warning letter,experience certificate,releiving letter,etc.
Payroll Management:- Prepare salary and coordinate with bank for transfer of salary.Processing monthly attendance musters for staff & workers salary, petty cash.
Contract Labour Management:- Co-ordinate with contractor for arrange manpower as per required. Verify Contractor Bills and Compliance.
Training & Development :- Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs. Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training. Encouraging participation of employees in various organisational events.
Performance Appraisal :- Keeping track of performance, Confirmation, Appraisals and increment of employees. Charting out promotions, bonus and salary increments, career progression, re- designation,and Termination etc.,based on employee performance.
All the HR & Admin Activities. Payroll processing (HRM Thread),Employee Relations, .Maintaining Required Registers of factory and Labour contract.
