Mention whether it Excess/Shortage (Labour Supply / Production & Project. related / Job Contractor).
Maintain good relation among Management, Contractors and Labour.
Segregate the Job profile of Contractor’s labour as per Department Wise.
Ensure timely payment to Contractor Labour.
Contractor Bill Checkup (Monthly Basis) and send to Accounts Department.
Human Resources (HR)
Recruitment and Selection (Sourcing a right candidate for a right place for a right time).
Using different techniques viz. head hunting, references, Internet, Job Portals (naukri.com) advertisement, etc.
Joining Formalities, Issue Offer and Appointment Letter.
Handling Employee Database (Both Soft form & files management)-Employee Master Database.
Employee Personal file maintenance,Leaves & attendance management (Computerized-In Excel) overall.
Time Office follow-up at regular basis.
Handling the Payroll Management (Salary Administration) in HR-Mantra .
