Mould platting condition and maintenance tracking
Attending of breakdown and find out the root causes through WHY-WHY analysis.
Breakdown Analysis, Preparation of Mean time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean time to repair (MTR).
Ensuring safe working practices and compliance of safety practices
Daily inspection in critical & clearance area in order to avoid breakdown
Doing spare tool as per requirement.
Maintaining calibration of measuring instruments
Preventive maintenance, damaged parts replacement, clearance checking, mould cleaning activities carrying out as per Calendar.
