QA Lab assistant
Working on this position I use to handle instruments in lab like venire caliper digital & dial type, screw gauge, cercumeter, Go No Go gauges, Tensile test, compression test on UTM (Instron), MFI, ESCR, Shore hardness tester, Carbon black test, Density test by using Density column, Dispersion test glass plate, Microscope for Flat dripper Report filling for each & every lot of raw material. Record updating was done by me. I use to Attend HR meetings as a member of Quality Department.
Shift supervisor
I use to handle Shifts on shop floor which contains 15 Injection Moulding (Capacity from 60 ton to 380 ton), 12 Extrusion Machines (180 kg/hr to 450kg/hr) & 10 pipe welding socketing machine. I have worked on Injection molding machines of L&T, Hitachi, Windsor, use to update report each machine, & Extrusion of RR Plastic, Batten field, Mailfier (output 400kg/hr.) for flat dripper. I use to update report of each machine, composition of batch; I use to take 5 readings of each machine at particular interval. I use Maintain supervisor Diary.
Incoming Quality Inspection
Checking of each & every article from rivet to sprinkler Guns tripod Filter gasket, Male female joints, clamp, riser pipe, valves, filters, ventury, etc. I use to fill report of new mould. I use check dimensions new mould & report approval of it to continue production by vendor. Checking vendors manufacturing practices stop them from wrong production practices. Guide them to use proper production practices. The lots are of high cost.

Previous company manufacturer of pipes for these project & use to provide pipes as per project requirements. I as a Quality Assurance Engineer use check quality of pipes & costumer complaints regarding it. provide GGRC pipes from there vendor company Gujarat called Vishakha & Parikshit Irrigation Ltd.
Pipe socketing machine (Under the guidance of Anand Pipes Industries)
Details:
I was a team leader of my team. We have manufactured a Pipe socketing machine on our own. we start from collecting various parts that require to manufacture a machine from industry, then we fabricate that machine on our own by taking various dimensions. This machine can create a socket for 25 cm Pipe. We have provided detachable cor for that machine then we donated this machine to our collage GPN.
All this we have done in the guidance of Mr. Santosh Palod Director Anand Pipes Industries, Nashik & our HOD Mr. Gawande
ABS-NYLON filled composite (Under the guidance of NCL Pune & ICT Mumbai).(B.E.)
Eight different ratios of blends from nylon 6 and acrylonitrile — butadiene — styrene (ABS) with compatibilizer and flyashwere prepared by melt blending. Mechanical Testing of these blends was carried out by Izod impact, Tensile testing. It has been observed that blend ratios with increasing concentration of Flyash were showing improvement in mechanical strength. It has been observed that blend ratios with more percentage of flyash were also showing good compatibility even with increasing amount of flyash.
All this we have done in the guidance of Prof. Dr. M.B. Kulkarni.
