This stage yoke & pole assembling in indexing welding.
Scrap electrodes re-used, copper mtls.saved.
Change the process method from Single electrode wire cutting to  2 at a time wire cut in wire cut m/c to ensure the easy & immediate manufacturing and also cost effective.
Screw Holes & Clamping Elongated Slot Reverse process.
We planned to change the electrode body material.
New electrode manufacturing & scrap age eliminated.
The mean time to restore (mttr) is improved.

Breakage & servicing is more  staking tool. Product Name  - Armature shaft.
Punch holding body material changed.
Punch radius machining with help of surface grinding fixture. To eliminate high cast machining (optical profile grinding m/c & wire cut m/c.) 
Tool life & quality improved.
The mean time to restore (mttr) is improved.

Servicing & Mfg. lead time is more for Welding Electrodes. Product Name- Compressor motor scm 80 mp.
Change the process method from Single electrode wire cutting to 12 at a time wire cut in wire cut m/c to ensure the easy & immediate manufacturing and also cost effective.
The mean time to restore (mttr) is improved.
