Job Profile:
To maintain the quality standards of the product according to the ISO standards.
Responsible for analysis of Solid Content, pH, Viscosity and film properties of emulsions.
Responsible for quality testing for Wet, Dry and Gloss properties of emulsions.
Checking the particle size of the emulsion by Light Transmission of the emulsion.
Determining the MFFT of the paints.
Conducting Cement Tests for various emulsion additives.
Testing the sheer and peel properties of BOPP tape.
