Job Profile:
Product Development in terms of Barrier Packaging Films for Pharma, Food and for other Healthcare sector to Broaden company’s product portfolio as well as for customized application.
Research and develop new analytical techniques. Develop new polymeric materials for lamination, coating and printing.
Conduct hands on and co-ordinate in house trials for calendaring, coating and adhesive lamination.
Plan, conduct and document customer line trials with detailed report.
Research and develop new additive technologies which may enhance the functional characteristics of films in rigid as well as flexible space.
Participate in internal as well as customer meetings to gather basic product requirements, decide technical feasibility and time bound deliverables.
