Job Profile:
Check & study all inputs given by customer while taking projects
Part feasibility proposals to customer.
Product design optimization & Design suggestion to customer.
To study the product design with respect of tooling & Vehicle.
Part modification to reduce product and mould cost.
B Surface development of the plastic component from ‘A’ surface provided by customer.
Develop 3D CAD data from Scanned data (Reverse engineering).
Creating Parametric Data.
Preparing detailed 2D Assy Drawings from the 3D data.
Checking part clashes with the interface.
