Job Profile:
Knowledge of Color Matching through blending/by changing process formulation/previous experience.
Familiar with modern methods of organic synthesis and also capable of doing multi-step synthesis of colored pigments in gm level to kg level.
Development of pigments for plastics and fire retardants.
Optimization of Reaction time and temperature, Raw material Quantities, Solvents and Reagents Replacements to improve yields and quality.
Monitoring the scale-up activity to production scale.
Identifying experimental problems and resolve them independently.
Knowledge in Chemdraw, Patent search.
Conduction of lab scale batches and pilotization of lab scale batches.

Root causes are identified and processes were developed to get expected properties for pigments and implemented in plant scale successfully.
Processes have been developed to reduce the cost of production.
