Job Profile: Development of Eco friendly/water based emulsions: Developing of free formaldehyde fluorescent nano dispersions through emulsion polymerization by using different Monomers, Dyes, Surfactants, UV additives, Initiators, Activators, Dispersing agents, Wetting agents, Terminators for Textile & different application. Process development of emulsion polymerization as continuous series of experiments & improvement of the light fastness & wash fastness of dispersions. Development of new products (colour dispersions) as per Customers requirement and market segments. 

Characteristic study (Analysis) of final product: 
Check the Colour difference, Strength, fluorescence and opacity of the product by using premier color scan instrument. Testing the parameters like solid content by Sartorius moisture analyser, viscosity by Brookfield viscometer, and Specific gravity by Hydrometer. Evaporation of the water from the dispersions by using the Rota Vapour instrument to get better solid content. Analysis of the particle size distribution by the particle size analyserinstrument. Thermal and aging studies on Fluorescent dispersions. Absorption measurement of dyes and Dispersions. Homogenizer for the Particle size reduction and to make uniform shape of the particle
