Responsible to solve the Injection Moulding process troubleshooting in the machine like Kraussmaffei 1300T With Robotic, L&T DEMAG of 100-275 tonnage, Ferromatic 100-500t With Pet Series, Engel etc
Overall in charge of injection molding department and handling daily molding planning and improvement activity.
Monitoring and action to improve OEE of molding shop floor.
Mould trial and preparing process parameter.
Rejection analysis and action to reduce it.
Responsible to reduce the production down time. target achievement
Ensure the timely production of all orders.
Maintained the proper utilization of raw materials .
